At Fur Bricks, each product is custom-made using the photo(s) you provide. Because every order is personalized and created specifically for you, please review the policy below carefully.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All Fur Bricks products are custom-designed and made to order. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, variations in color, layout, and brick-style detail are normal and part of the design process.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as intended, donβt worry β weβll make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package is missing:

Cancellations & Changes
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted within 12 hours of ordering and cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Design Approval & Photo Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading clear, accurate photos. Fur Bricks is not responsible for results affected by low-quality, blurry, or poorly lit images.
